Responsibilities

As our Financial Analyst you will report to the Director of Finance and you will help provide financial insights, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making to optimize our performance.

On a given day, you may:

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and profitability assessments for service offerings.
• Assist in the development of financial models to predict future performance and analyze potential risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
• Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify areas of financial inefficiency and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Travel & Location

• You will report onsite.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
