To provide the Skills and Knowledge by Designing, Developing, Administering, and Facilitating "World Class" training for Associates to improve their technical skills and performance.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Three or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field
Experience developing training materials and programs
Three or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge/Experience
Basic computer skills for developing, presenting, and updating training materials.
Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field
Experience developing training materials and programs
Three or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support MSE activities on site
Co-lead E&T pillar as Pillar Lead back up
Own one of the Essential Element for the E&T Pillar
Teach, Coach, and facilitate development of the Role Profiling process
Lead development of training materials for the site
Support with administration of POKA
Develop performance-based training program
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate functional training programs
Deliver & assess Expert Trainer Program - Monitoring effectiveness of the internal trainers and knowledge assessors, developing and coordinating correction actions
Evaluate training effectiveness
Coordinate, communicate & assist in execution of site Training Plan
Support with completion of the audits (external and internal audits) related to training and knowledge assessment.
Execute Standards audit process (Healthcheck, Process Confirmation, Coaching card, etc)
Support the development/update of the on-boarding program (30-60-90 process). Monitor and assess effectiveness of the program
Assist with Onboarding new associates as needed
