Arthrex Manufacturing is actively searching for a Laser Equipment Operator to produce Quality Medical Instruments in accordance with Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. procedures and processes in a safe and effective manner to meet and exceed the customer's needs. Clean, assemble, laser process, inspect, and package components meeting quality requirements and the daily production schedule. Adopt an environment of continuous improvement to develop more robust procedures and improvements within existing processes to produce cost effective quality products. If hired for this position, you will be eligible for a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings). You will be paid the $2,000.00 during your first pay period.
This position is hiring on Third shift (10:00pm-6:30am), on Rotating Crew Schedule.
