Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an EndPoint Admin with Intune in Wilmington, MA.

Duties Include:


  • Support the Applications, Hardware and OS for all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices; This support is done 95% remote

  • Provide internal customer support to Company Team Partners while remotely diagnosing issues

  • Diagnose and resolve all issues on Windows and Android systems, and well as Printers, Time Clocks, and miscellaneous endpoint hardware

  • Create and Maintain Images for all devices

  • Assist with implementation of IT Projects coordinated by the Manager

  • Setup and Installation of all Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, mobile devices, and Printers

  • Assist with basic audio/visual support for conference rooms

  • Travel to locations in North America to upgrade computer equipment (up to 25% travel)







REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position

  • Experience working with diagnosing issues on PCs

  • Experience with MDM Solutions like Intune, Jamf, or Workspace1

  • Strong knowledge of MDM administration tools like Microsoft Intune or comparable tools

  • Strong focus Customer Service and Satisfaction

  • Experience working in an Active Directory Domain Structure

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems

  • Proven history of troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues with remote users over the phone

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Hybrid 50% in office

  • Valid Driver's license






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
