English Muffin Lead Packaging 2nd Shift at Conagra Brands in Denver, Colorado

Job Description:

Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 4:45 PM-3:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $25.00 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

You Will:

• Report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians




• You will be doing basic troubleshooting on an automated line




• Advocate for Conagra's quality and safety standards




• Manage staff and work assigned for efficiency and safety including proper training




• Record/Log all production data into SAP




• You will lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift

• You have:




• Must be able to perform basic math calculations




• Ability to lead a team




• 6 months to 1 year of working in a team environment




• Ability to communicate in written and verbal form




• Be able stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 13hrs a day




• You have to work and succeed in high-volume environment




• Be open and be willing to adapt to change and processes




• Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.




• English proficient, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred




• One year of experience with Microsoft Office
