Biogen is seeking a Co-op student to join its Analytical Development (AD)-Biologics/Advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP) department in Cambridge, MA. This position will be working alongside with other group members on developing liquid chromatography (LC) and/or electrophoresis methods for the separation and characterization of protein therapeutics, as well as AAV-based gene therapies. He/she will have the opportunity to participate in the method development utilizing novel separation technologies and approaches. The successful candidate will also gain knowledge on how the pharmaceutical industry work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to support process development and product characterization. With Biogen's diverse product pipelines and strong focus on technological innovations, the candidate will learn and grow in a highly collaborative and innovative work environment and have the opportunity to explore novel technologies and different therapeutic modalities.
