As Minister Controler, you will support Command for Hauling (CfH) Development and Validation work and various other testing related to autonomous operation.
What you will do:
• Implementing MineStar® Command and maximizing system performance.
• Through close collaboration internally and externally, you will become a trusted advisor for development teams.
• Supporting and advising onboard Truck Engineers in all aspects of Minestar® system performance, including minimizing downtime.
• Providing technical support to Truck Engineers and less experienced Controllers.
• Supporting hardware and software installation and configuration through establishing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
• Measure, benchmark, and report on MineStar® Command System performance, and suggest opportunities for improvements.
• Developing training and process material.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting on issues.
What Skills you will have:
Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Manufacturing Equipment: Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
Top Candidate will also have:
Bachelor's degree in technology, math, or science.
MineStar Experience.

The location for this position is Green Valley, AZ (Tucson Proving Grounds).
