Skills and Competencies


  • 2+ years as a Project Manager / ScrumMaster leading Salesforce implementations, with a proven track record of interfacing with multiple levels of the organization.

  • 2+ years of experience in JIRA and Salesforce.com.

  • Adaptable and flexible as an individual contributor and team leader.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present quantitative and technical concepts to both business executives and technical teams concisely.

  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and mediate conflicting views.

  • Proven track record as a servant-leader who removes obstacles, solves problems, and drives the team to optimal outcomes.

Education


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Agile ScrumMaster certification or Agile Product Owner certification required.

  • PMP (PMI) Certification is desirable.

  • Salesforce Administration Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Project Delivery Manager - Technology Solutions Group will work on a range of data and technology projects that focus on Quote-to-Cash systems and processes. The Project Delivery Manager will work closely with product owners, software developers, solution architects, testers, and DevOps engineers on highly visible roadmap programs and acquisition integrations.


  • This role is responsible for driving Agile release planning, user story estimation, sprint stand-ups, and release deployment. This person will work very closely with the team of Software Engineers, Testers, and Vendors. They will be responsible for tracking delivery milestones, managing stakeholders, and managing project issues/risks.

  • Cross-functional collaboration across various disciplines/stakeholders.

  • Conflict resolution - addressing conflicts within the team to keep project(s) on track.

  • Continuous improvement mindset to constantly evolve process and maximize efficiency.

  • Work independently with moderate supervision.

  • Lead project management, from planning through delivery.

  • Identify and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Communicate timely and effective updates to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Lead the Project team and assigning tasks with an end goal of timely project delivery.

  • 50% managing planning & project deliverables

  • 25% stakeholder communication, including weekly & monthly status reports


  • 25% managing project team, including developers, testers, and vendors.


For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $116,400.00 - $168,900.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
