Posting Summary:
The Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Vermont (OCIH) is at the forefront of new healthcare delivery service models and education.
Provide administrative, program, and project support for Osher Center for Integrative Health initiatives. Duties include managing and coordinating Director and Associate Director calendars, scheduling, purchase orders; provide administrative services for events and committee meetings. The position serves as the primary initial contact for the Osher Center.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):
· Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.· Experience managing multiple calendars.· Effective written and oral communication skills.· Attention to detail and highly organized.· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
· Familiarity with Integrative Health and Medicine concepts· Database experience, event organizing experience.· Previous experience supervising student employees
Anticipated Pay Range:
$21-$24/hr
Special Conditions:
A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, Background Check required for this position
