Senior Administrative Analyst/Planner

Lead assessment and strategic planning on behalf of the Division of Student Affairs. Provide oversight for assessment activities within departments in the Division of Students of Affairs. Provide data and analysis to Divisional leadership on student-centered university assessments including the first-destination survey, Project CEO, BCSSE, outcomes of new strategic initiatives, and student engagement studies. Oversee technology in the Division which includes departmental systems like Maxient, Campus Labs, Handshake, and exploring new technologies that support student success and engagement. Responsible for the assessment and technology budget and reports to the Divisional Communications Director.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five to six years' related experience required. Knowledge of statistics, research methodology, and survey research required. Technology skills including PC and mainframe applications with emphasis on statistical and spreadsheet software. Experience with relational databases mandatory. Experience in data related activities of a complex organization using multiple data bases required. Effective communication skills critical.
