The Senior Network Engineer will analyze government business, stakeholder requirements, and the design solutions, using IDT's technical capabilities, to meet those requirements. The Engineer will lead a team to architect, design, and configure networks to support manual and automated test operation using IDT's ATRT Enterprise Platform for use in government, classified network environments. The Engineer will also use next generation software defined networking technologies to perform what-if scenarios supporting the US Navy's integration to the DoD's Joint, All-Domain, Command and Control (JADC2) environment.
This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual capable of leading teams to build new network architectures, troubleshoot network issues, and support test result analysis. The successful candidate will utilize knowledge and experience with networks like those used by the US Navy and potentially other DoD services to create virtualized replicas of those same networks.
All applicants must currently possess an active U.S. Security Clearance .
