Who We Are:


Join the Report Processing team of the Fuels and Lubricants Research Division.


Objectives of this Role:

• Generate final test reports for our clients.


• Work within set deadlines.


• As a part of the Report Generations team, you will have the opportunity to generate test reports and billing for various clients and different test types.


• Interact with clients and various departments while working closely with project managers.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Provide daily statuses, results, electronic data, final reports & invoices to clients.


• Monitor and complete TEEMS and FITT tables, Excel and Word pages associated with final report.


• Create, monitor, and maintain various spreadsheets and databases for departmental and client usages.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. College business courses are a plus.


• 1 years: General Clerical duties.


• 1 years: Proficiency with software packages Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required. Must be able to take initiative.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to courteously deal with public and clients. Must be able to work in a team.


• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
