Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the Houston, TX area to find a Bilingual HR Assistant to join their growing company.


*Fluency in Spanish and English is required to be considered for this opportunity*


The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Director with day-to-day responsibilities in the HR Department. Tasks include posting jobs, reviewing payroll, updating employee records, creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and more.



Job Information:



• Temporary & Temporary to hire


• 100% IN OFFICE - 7:30am - 4:30pm


• Pay: $20/hr - $24/hr, doe



Requirements:



• 2+ years of recent experience in a similar role within Human Resources


• Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is required


• Degree in HR is a plus, not required


• Must be able to pass a background check prior to starting
