JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management- Supervises the Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors that manage the operations of a group of CHSN practices. Provides the first level of Network Leadership to an assigned group of CHSN practices. Responsible for working with practice level leaders and physicians to promote excellent clinical care and an excellent experience for patients and families, and staff. Identifies and facilitates process improvement needs that improve patient experience, patient flow, or employee satisfaction through the practices. Facilitates practice level leadership meetings at each of assigned practices and ensures institutional communications are appropriately shared with staff, and that practice leaders and physicians are held accountable to financial performance expectations.
Revenue Cycle- Works with Practice Director and Practice Managers and Supervisors to develop and manage operating and capital budgets. Supports Practice Managers and Supervisors with billing and other revenue cycle needs and works in support of Managers and Supervisors by serving as the leadership liaison with the central Physician and Hospital Billing office.
Acquisition- Works with Practice Director and Assistant Vice President-Operations on practice acquisitions within their assigned region of responsibility, and with the onboarding of practice sites to the CHSN network.
People Planning- Mentors and develops leadership skills and provides developmental opportunities through education/training, feedback, and coaching of Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors or other appropriate staff.
Infrastructure and Operations- Monitors and recommends facility needs, makes recommendations for improvement (expansion, updating, relocation) based on practice strategic goals and budgets, and community needs. Maintains leases for practices, including evaluation for market competitiveness. Primary Network Leadership liaison with Facilities and Real Estate.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline including 2+ yrs in a physician practice, group, or health system with multiple locations
