JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Customer/Vendor Relationships- Build and maintain positive relationships.
Analysis- Respond to system related requests from the department/division. Maintain issues log and troubleshooting guide. Document issue resolution. Work with department/division to understand reporting needs. Prepare statistical summaries and reports. Develop reports through efficient use of various tools available. Run reports as needed by the department/division. May maintain department/division web site.
Technical Support- Serve as liaison between the department and Information Services. Participate in the execution of test scripts to validate systems implementations and modifications. May maintain system data and tables.
Design and Development- Support technical solutions that will increase the efficiency of the department/division. Understand the downstream impact of changes in technology. Assist in the preparation of user documentation for department/division systems, including training manuals. Assist with and conduct training as needed.
Process Improvement- Document business processes. Improve efficiency of department/division processes and software.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of work experience in a related job discipline
