HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving company growth by finding new customers to offer Accruits services while also supporting the sales teams ongoing development. The individual sales component of this role will be focused on larger revenue opportunities for 1031 QI services and the Software portions of Accruits business. Duties include researching and identifying potential prospects, evolving the organizations product to expand into new areas, and contacting existing clients. The Team Lead responsibilities include assuming an active coaching role among the Core and Software sales teams, maintaining regular 1x1s, contributing to market research, and identifying areas of opportunity for new value-add services. The Director will work collaboratively with the Chief Revenue Officer providing ongoing feedback to support our sales initiatives.


  • Actively prospect for new opportunities to present Accruits suite of services: 1031 QI, Managed Service and Software as a Service (SaaS)

  • Engage current and past customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop customer intelligence

  • Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

  • Host seminars and webinars on various topics related to 1031 exchange (after absorbing necessary knowledge)

  • Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information

  • Effectively partner with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel

  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

  • Collaborate with Chief Revenue Officer to manage sales stand ups and ongoing 1x1s with team members

  • Drive performance discussion bi-weekly with sales team members focused on both quantitative and qualitative measures

  • Assist leadership with the rollout of new sales initiatives

  • Provide insights and feedback to company leadership

  • Contribute to new hire onboarding and training

The range listed is just one component of Inspira's total compensation package for employees.
