Job Summary
The Office of Research, Operations and Innovation is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiencies and services in collaboration with all departments and agencies under Cook County government. The office currently focuses on the following areas: Performance Management and Process Improvement. Performance Management involves helping departments improve their effectiveness by setting clear goals, developing performance metrics, aligning efforts with organizational objectives, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Process Improvement includes working with teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance outcomes.
Leads the development, maintenance, and analysis of data and systems strategies of the Department of Research, Operations and Innovation (ROI). Leads the data and system integration and collaboration, database management and development, and IT coordination resulting in the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of ROI initiatives. Creates and implements policies based on analysis and data points for ROI. Coordinates, facilitates, and follows up on the evaluation and research of ROI's work with outside technical providers as needed. Implements, designs, and writes policies and procedures related to ROI's data and systems strategy.

*Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States territories and Canada, must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.

Physical Requirements
