The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As the Field Service Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Direct the distribution of Durable Medical Equipment, Consumables and Spare Parts to Service Centers across the United States


• Use, compile, and interpret various sources of data to make recommendations that aid in the management and improvement of supply chain performance


• Develop and maintain data sources required for analysis and execution using corporate databases and analysis tools


• Oversee change management: Identify impacts, mitigate risks, help communicate changes to internal team and external stakeholders within your span of control


• Partner with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Recognize impacts on related processes and ensures communication of issues and proposed solutions to appropriate business and process owners.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in data management, supply chain management, forecasting, finance or engineering AND min of 1 years of related job experience

• A high school diploma AND a min 5 years of related job experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Intermediate working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query language.


• Proficiency in Data reporting and analysis

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.


• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate in diverse, multi-functional environments that require both direct and influential skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively at the management level.


• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.

Travel: May include up to 5% travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
