Now hiring for a Quality Control Inspector in the City of Gardena!
As a Quality Control Inspector you will:
Perform in process, receiving, final, and first article inspections using customer drawings to determine compliance and record inspection status on QC record
Inspection of electronic assy's, Harnesses and enclosures to IPC-610, WHMA620 and ANSI-J-001 class 3 requirements
Understanding of ANSI-J-001 Class 3 requirements for soldering SMT devices to PCB's and inspection under a microscope
Knowledge of soldering, routing and attaching (using adhesive) of jumper's wires to PCB's.
Thorough understanding of PCB assembly drawings and related documents: ECN's, assembly instructions, and travelors
Proficient using microscopes for inspection
This is a Full Time Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
Must have previous experience in an EMS or OEM environment
Education Level - High School
Minimum 5 year's experience in electronics manufacturing. •
Mechanical inspection and ability to interpret Blue prints and Assembly instructions
Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100, NADCAP-certified electronics manufacturing environment
Experience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies to IPC-A-610 and IPC-JSTD-001 standards
Must be proficient in English including the ability to communicate with all departments in the company
Knowledge of military and or commercial electronics and components • Knowledge of ANSI-J-001ES and NASA std 9739.1 a plus
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with most tools and equipment in a machine shop, including Lathes, Grinders, Saws, Deburring Equipment, Various Measuring Tools, Must be able to read and write in English.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate:$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
