As a Coil Winder production worker you will:
Manufacture optical fiber coils for use in gyroscopes
Start and run computer controlled machines/equipment
Document the manufacturing process as required
Inspect parts/coils under microscope
Perform basic fiber test to coil packs
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment as needed
This is Full Time Temp to Hire opportunity.
The ideal Coil Winder candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience or practice executing delicate tasks with small, fragile parts such as in fiber coil winding (ideal) or other work/activities such as watch/jewelry making or repairs
Optical fiber coiling or handling experience desired
Experience with inspection or working with precision under microscope desired
Computer literacy including data entry in Excel
Ability to see details at close range
Excellent hand to eye coordinator
Pay Rate:$20 - $21.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
