Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounting Clerk in the Visalia/Goshen Area.
As an Account Clerk you will: Accounting Clerk Duties
Scan, route, and enter payables based on business unit and manager specifications.
Organize and process payables, creating disbursements in accordance with payment terms within accounting software.
Review vendor information for accuracy and maintain up-to-date contact details.
Reconcile bank accounts across various datasets.
Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process and invoice shipments efficiently.
Customer Service Specialist Duties
Answer incoming customer calls and redirect them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and proficiency in customer account management systems.
Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues for dissatisfied customers effectively.
Process accounts receivable and assist with issue resolution.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Provide backup support for other roles as needed.
Communicate effectively and candidly, fostering positive relationships and engaging with team members.
Support the monthly close process by generating and mailing statements.
Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
This is a full time opportunity. 8am-5pm
The ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
One (1) year of relevant experience preferred.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
