Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and develop policies and benefit plans including life, long term disability and long-term care insurance coverage or financial benefits including retirement, profit sharing, and pension plans.
Keep abreast of current benefit trends and legislative requirements and programs.
Researches various beneficiary, assignment and claims issues.
Train team members on benefit plans. May work on special projects.

Strong knowledge of benefit programs and life insurance rules relating to benefits.

Ability to handle confidential PII in a professional manner
Experience with workflow systems
Salesforce experience

3 Plus years relevant Insurance industry experience required.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree.
