What will I be doing?
Position Statement: As a Sales Manager at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando, Disney Springs and Embassy Suites by Hilton, you will serve as the hotel representative to prospective clients and customers requiring guest rooms, meeting spaces, food and beverage services, and other amenities. You will be responsible for generating new business, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the hotel's services exceed customer expectations.

Position Summary:


  • Represent the hotel by soliciting, responding to, and negotiating with clients requiring large group accommodations (generally over 50 guest rooms), with or without meeting space and on-site catering services.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, initiate new sales, prospect and qualify leads, and entertain potential clients to secure business.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, including rates for guest rooms, meeting spaces, and catering.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to discuss business opportunities and entertain clients in assigned markets.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and customer events, conducting site visits for prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and business reviews, including tentative and lost business reviews.
  • Conduct site inspections of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities to showcase the hotel's offerings. #LI-AT3
