Job Title: Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $140k-$160k
Requirements: 6+ years as a construction Superintendent. Experience on large / ground-up projects related to Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor. They have a strong backlog of work through 2024 and 2025.
They have a wide range of projects spanning across commercial, healthcare, Industrial, etc. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Superintendents and Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects from inception to completion
Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards
What You Need for this Position
7+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
Experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, etc.
Ground-Up project experience exceeding $30M+
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
