Position Overview The Controller will manage the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations. They will be responsible for management of the accounting staff along with all deadlines of the accounting department. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and tax regulations
Prepare and file tax returns including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA certification required
At least 5 years of experience in GAAP accounting
Experience with Part 32 regulations
