Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage our Heavy Civil projects, including bridges, highways, roadways, infrastructure, and other civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TxDOT and DOT standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Qualifications
Familiarity with TxDOT and DOT standards and regulations
3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management
Experience in managing projects related to bridges, highways, roadways, and infrastructure
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
