As an Electrical Wiring Technician you will:
Installs electrical wiring systems for, switchgears, UPS, panelboards, lighting, switches, outlets and transformers
Installs conduits, electrical wires, and cables
Ensures conduit install complies with electrical codes
Installs Ladder cable trays, and Basket cable trays
Installs Circuit breaker and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them
Installs power feeders to equipment's
Installs branch circuits
Inspects electrical systems to ensure proper installation is up to code
Installs low voltage/control wiring
Terminates power feeders (compression lugs), branch circuits, and control wiring
Performs other related duties as assigned
This is a Full-Time opportunity.
The ideal Electrical Wiring Technician candidate will have:
Able to read blueprints
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledgeable in the NEC Code
Must be able to read and speak English
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Completion of formal apprenticeship is preferred, and electrician's license preferred.
Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders
Capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits, and cable trays
Able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
Hours are Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Pay Rate:$25.00 an hour
