As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in our success.
Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial lines portfolio. • Policy Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims support. • Have the ability to complete anywhere from 30 - 40 tasks on a daily basis: recording activities (emails/phone calls) in the agency management system. • Have the ability to multitask to field incoming phone calls requesting service as well as incoming emails requesting service. • Have the ability to be cognizant of the renewals that are assigned to you within the next rolling 30-60-90 days.
• Referral Management: Actively connect clients with our full range of services, including Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and HCM, to provide a seamless and integrated client experience.
• Teamwork: Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other internal teams to deliver top-tier insurance solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities and documentation adhere to company policies and industry regulations, upholding our commitment to excellence.
