Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Brentwood, TN
Compensation: $20-$21 per hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Support staff with tasks such as receipt gathering and expense reports
Upload contacts and manage contact lists in Outlook or similar software
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
