Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician at Balboa Technologies in Irvine, CA. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, performing help desk support, and managing Office365 and similar web based applications.
Qualifications
Remotely Managing Computers
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Help Desk Support experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of network systems and IT protocols
Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
