Define and drive the product vision, balancing customer needs with business goals. Build a product that both delivers what people want and creates demand in the market.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, customer groups, investors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure the product meets both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain a detailed roadmap that prioritizes key product initiatives and outlines the order of operations. Secure sign-offs from stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Work with stakeholders to implement compliance features in the customer-facing mobile app.
Act as a key point of contact for addressing any pushback or challenges, while ensuring that product direction is maintained while considering technical constraints.
Proven experience in product management, especially in a role that involves balancing customer needs with regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of agile development processes and experience working with multiple Scrum teams.
Ability to collaborate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders to develop and prioritize product features.
Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting (EPA experience is a plus).
