**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Creole and/or French speaking) **Housekeeping Manager** to lead and manage our housekeeping operations. **Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of housekeepers and supervisors.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintain close communication with hotel management and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet company and client standards.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or housekeeping-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

**Qualifications:**
- Fluent in Creole and/or French (required).
- Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both staff and clients.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
