The Project Specialist position is a key part of Moderno Porcelain Works. Sales Specialists are responsible for business and account development, educating the market on Moderno's business and solutions provided, representing Moderno at industry events, develop a deep partnership with Moderno's in house marketing team to leverage the tools available to further penetrate the market, ensure partners have adequate marketing materials that represent Moderno's current offerings, and lead generation.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential customers and opportunities for sales.
Build and maintain a portfolio of clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage projects related to the products or services being sold.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure project goals and milestones are met.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services.
Understand and communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential customers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales and project performance data.
Prepare reports on sales activities, project status, and client feedback.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Travel:

Extensive travel may be required to meet clients and oversee project sites.
