This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

What you'll do:
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot servers, computers, and networking equipment
Be a top-level escalation point to solve or provide guidance on complex troubleshooting tasks
Sales Engineering - Network and security recommendations and scoping
Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for solutions to ongoing issues
Create documentation and provide feedback on existing documentation
Work in a flexible and collaborative manner
Skills you'll need:
Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
Experience in configuring and managing various server roles, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
Familiarity with endpoint security solutions EDR tools, and MDM platforms
Skills in implementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies
Experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud and integrating cloud services with existing systems
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and best practices for cloud security and compliance
