Job description:
This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VoIP solutions to ensure seamless communication across our organization.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage VoIP systems, including IP phones, gateways, and softphones.
Configure and maintain VoIP platforms such as Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, or Mitel.
Diagnose and resolve complex VoIP issues related to call quality, connectivity, and performance.
Implement solutions to optimize VoIP network performance and ensure high-quality communication.
Integrate VoIP systems with other enterprise systems, such as CRM and ERP platforms.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
6 to 9 years of experience in VoIP engineering or a related role.
