What You'll Do: ?? Analyze claims and determine coverage and liability ?? Promptly investigate losses and injuries ?? Maintain active diaries to ensure timely claim disposition ?? Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and recovery opportunities ?? Collaborate with internal teams, insureds, and injured workers
Skills You Bring: ???? Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation regulations ???? Analytical and negotiation skills ???? Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Qualifications: ???? Experience with California Workers' Compensation claims ???? High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
