SNI Companies is looking for a Receptionist with prior construction industry experience to support our client in the downtown area of Jacksonville, FL!
Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday , 8:00am to 5:00pm

Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Develop and maintain a filing system
Requirements:
Prior relevant experience in the construction industry required
Knowledge of general construction terminology
Proficient Microsoft Office user
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
