Executive Assistant position located at a prestigious investment firm in Boston

I'm writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a prestigious investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant. This individual will provide support to a pair of Executives by performing calendar management, creating domestic and international travel itineraries, and expense reporting.
Compensation includes the following components:
Salary: $80K- $95K, depending on experience
10%- 15% bonus paid out mid-year based on individual performance
An additional bonus to $10K based on Firm performance paid out at year end
Additionally, the Firm takes 15% of the sum of the salary and these 2 bonuses and invests this sum each year on the employee's behalf in a retirement plan at no cost to the employee
The Firm also pays 100% medical & dental benefits
Seeking a candidate who offers 2.5- 10 years of experience performing these tasks, as well as the intangibles required to enjoy success in this role, namely an Executive Assistant who presents in a professional manner and offers an innate ability to form effective working relationships.
This role is a hybrid work schedule.
