We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who is eager to grow in a dynamic work environment. As a Customer Service Specialist, you need to deal with customer order problems, provide solutions to customers and improve customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with product and sales related questions via phone and emails
Assist with customer quotes, placing orders, and repair inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information
Light accounting duties: process invoices and manage billing for clients and vendors / follow-up on overdue payments, answer billing questions
Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
2 years' experience in sales or customer service.
Luxury, Jewelry, or Fashion industry experience a plus.
Proficiency in all Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
