Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production and operations teams to enhance manufacturing processes and improve financial performance. Lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights on plant operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety requirements related to chemical manufacturing. Monitor and report on compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a strong emphasis on continuous manufacturing processes.
