Responsibilities: • Source new business through networking, meetings, telesales, and canvassing • Develop, manage and maintain existing relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants and other real estate professionals to generate future business opportunities • Liaise with in-house counsel and borrowers on active deals • Evaluate and underwrite real estate (will train) • Tour real estate
Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate lending or related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
