Insight Marketing Design is growing and we're looking for a content creator with experience copywriting and producing marketing visuals for digital mediums.

Insight is a full-service advertising agency - which means we provide a full gamut of services. Branding, design, video production, web development, research, strategy, digital and social - yeah, we have a lot of hats and we wear them often.
What You'll Do
As a content creator, you will work closely with our digital, web, and social teams to define content strategy, write compelling copy, and create eye-catching visuals across a range of channels, supporting the marketing initiatives of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current online marketing strategies, trends, and a desire to not only look at corresponding statistical data, but to analyze and make ongoing recommendations based on it. Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media, blogs, etc.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Detail-oriented, multi-tasker
Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required
Create?graphics, edit photos or video, write copy that results in effective and compelling communication
Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy using writing styles that appeal to diverse target audiences
Write effective copy aligned to brand strategy for a variety of client industries (i.e. commercial, agriculture, government, finance, healthcare systems, etc.)
Juggle multiple projects at once and pivot to others as needed
Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities.
Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of current working experience in copywriting / digital content creation
Advertising Agency experience is highly desirable
Bachelor Degree in English, marketing or a related field
Candidates will be required to present a portfolio of work that demonstrates ability to write and produce content for online mediums
Social media certifications from Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter Flight School and other platforms a plus
Basic video editing skills a plus (short edits for social media use)

This is a full-time salaried position that works collaboratively with the creative team and reports to the Creative Director. Candidate is expected to work at our Sioux Falls, SD office.
