Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing staff and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

- Conduct employee orientation and training development programs

- Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

- Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new employees

- Provide clerical support as needed

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

- Set and maintain competitive pricing strategies

- Oversee payroll processes

- Support wireless sales initiatives

Qualifications
