Process Improvement Analyst - WWCO Center of Excellence (CoE)
*This is hybrid position based out of our Maitland, FL or Florham Park NJ office, qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations.*
Position Overview:
ADP is looking to hire a Process Improvement Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive insights and support the sales organizations in improving reporting and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to directly impact associate productivity, both on the sales field, as well as within the CoE organization. They will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to find creative solutions to take manual tasks and turn them into automated and streamlined processes. Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges to find opportunities for improvement.
Optimize internal and sales processes using the Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
Create and analyze modern sales reporting and metric packages using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other software.
Help identify and eliminate obstacles as you are improving and automating processes and reporting
Manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
Manage effective communication of updates, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience.
Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges
Partner, in a mentor capacity, with internal associates to ensure alignment in deliverables and best practices
Provide guidance and expertise internally and externally to enable fast, accurate prioritization and decision making
Key Attributes & Requirements:
A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
