As a member of our Partner Development - Internal Sales, your primary responsibility is to support recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates, building on the goals to recruit PlanMember Advisors and Financial Centers.
Location Information: On-Site at our Carpinteria, CA Headquarters
Salary Range: Starting salary is typically between $75,000 and $80,000 annually with the potential for additional incentive compensation. Base salary is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications, and internal equity. In addition to salary, benefits include, PTO, health, medical, vision, disability, life insurance benefits as well as 401(k), profit-sharing retirement program and much more.
Duties of Recruiting - Internal Sales:
Implement Sales strategies developed by Recruiting Team
Run recruiting events/drip campaigns in Salesforce.
Coordinate, Develop & Send marketing e-mails to Recruit suspects/prospects in Salesforce.
Coordinate w/ Team, phone calls for webinars/seminars for existing Prospects
Manage e-brochures Recruiting packages and e-mails for existing prospects
Influence & Persuasion: Know the PlanMember sales story and be able to communicate this to suspects/prospects.
Communicate w/ Recruiters, LinkedIn Successes
Attend and participate in Recruiting team meetings
Relationship Building: Make outbound phone calls to recruiting event invitees, new Financial Center (FC) suspects/prospects and FC Advisor suspects/prospects.
Schedule meetings for Recruiters
Conduct "Thank You" calls to event attendees
Set appointments w/ prospects for Recruiter's travel schedules.
Help coordinate/manage/communicate developed prospects w/ Recruiter
