Position: Director (People Services)
Location: Missoula, MT
Base Salary : $118,000 to $175,000 + Best-In-Class Benefits

JD:
Directs the development of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training strategies for the hospital and clinics, ensuring alignment with the organization's philosophy and policies.
Represents the hospital during contract negotiations, leading management teams in discussions. Manages the implementation of labor agreements and consults with legal counsel on matters related to union contracts, legal issues, and compliance.
Stays informed on trends in human resource management, guiding the People Services team in both strategic and operational planning to address the organization's short-term and long-term HR needs.
Analyzes data to detect potential workplace trends, addressing concerns with management and recommending improvements to the work environment.
Skills and Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
10+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role
