Responsibilities
Performs in a manner that meets or exceeds team strategic and productivity goals
Manages incoming calls through both the loop call center and direct extension calls
Provides accurate, valid, and complete pricing and general order information by using the right methods/tools/processes and procedures
Processes incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently, to include:
Accurate and thorough contract review including quality clauses
Account set up and maintenance
Coordinating wire procurement, quotations, checks & signs, and expedites
Scheduling to provide accurate order acknowledgment dates
Resolving order discrepancies before order processing as well as post order issues
Keeping records of customer interactions and file documents for support of order processing
Oversees assigned accounts to include portals
Collects customer feedback, identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives timely, follows up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience working in a customer service role
Superior organizational, time management, and prioritizing abilities to manage and complete multiple tasks and responsibilities throughout the day
Extreme attention to detail, strong accuracy skills, and can consistently operate at the required productivity & quality level
Strong collaborative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently under minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
