Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Type of Employment: Temp to Possible Permanent

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% In Office

Hourly Rate: $25/hr

Job Summary:

A consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ is looking to hire a temporary to possible permanent Customer Service Representative. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with a 1 hour lunch. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of order entry experience, corporate customer service experience or logistics coordination experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and excellent communication skills are required as well.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
  • Breaking down shipment information in Excel
  • Cross referencing and double checking pricing
  • Putting together shipping instructions for the warehouse in the Netherlands
  • Communicating with customers and vendors to provide updates on orders
  • Helping with bookkeeping, processing orders and payments
  • Responding to emails

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years related experience
  • Must have intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in office every weekday
  • Strong work ethic
