A consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ is looking to hire a temporary to possible permanent Customer Service Representative. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with a 1 hour lunch. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of order entry experience, corporate customer service experience or logistics coordination experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and excellent communication skills are required as well.

Breaking down shipment information in Excel
Cross referencing and double checking pricing
Putting together shipping instructions for the warehouse in the Netherlands
Communicating with customers and vendors to provide updates on orders
Helping with bookkeeping, processing orders and payments
