Responsibilities
Our Office Managers: • Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement programs to enhance client care delivery and satisfaction. • Lead, develop, train, recruit, and mentor staff to foster professional growth. • Review, recommend, and implement procedures and standards to guide service provision and compliance. • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to set goals and achieve objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field OR minimum of 2 years of business leadership experience, including supervision and sales, in healthcare or a related field.
Leadership experience aligning with healthcare/home health care standards.
