We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Dublin, CA. This role is onsite, with a flexible schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., working an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week. Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Answer and route phone calls through a busy switchboard.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
Maintain and update documents in Word and Excel.
Handle and distribute mail and manage other administrative duties as required.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3-5 years of receptionist experience in a busy switchboard environment
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong communications and customer service experience
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of organization.
